Makes: 1 Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 Cup Soy/Rice Milk
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Strawberries
2-3 Cups Ice (optional)

Directions:

1) Puree ice in blender (optional).
2) Add ingredients & blend.
3) Enjoy!
