Makes: 2 Servings 1/2 Vidalia Onion - Chopped 1 Jalapeno Pepper 1/2 Cup TVP 1/2 Can Kidney Beans 1/2 Can Tomato Sauce 1 Garlic Clove - Chopped 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon Water Salt Directions:
1. Mix onions, peppers, and garlic & saute. 2. Mix in remaining ingredients. 3. Cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are soft and TVP is cooked.
