Coconut Pepper Rice
Makes: 1-2 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice 2 1/2 Cups Water 1 Tablespoon Garam Dhal 2 Green Peppers - Diced 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 1/4 Tablespoon Mustard 1 1/4 Cups Coconut - Grated 1 Tablespoon Oil
Directions:
1) Boil water. Add rice & cook. 2) Put remaining ingredients in a frying pan & fry. 3) Add frying pan contents to boiled rice and cook for 6-7 minutes. 4) Serve!
