Mushroom Pasta
Makes: 4 Servings Ingredients:
4 Cups Fresh Mushrooms - Sliced 1/2 Purple Onion - Diced 2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry 1 Cup Vegetable Broth 1/2 Cup Soy Milk 1 Tablespoons Mustard 2 Cups Pasta 1 Tablespoon Flour Directions:
1. Add small amount of liquids to a saucepan & heat on a low flame. 2. Add vegetables and saute until tender. 3. Add broth & bring to a boil. 4. Mix in remaining ingredients (other than pasta), cover with a lid & simmer for 10-15 minutes. 5. Cook pasta in a pot. 6. Add pasta to vegetables and spices & serve.
