Spicy Carrot Rice
Makes: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
2 Cups Basmati Rice 4 1/2 Cups Water 1 1/4 Cups Carrots - Grated 2 Purple Onions - Diced 5 Teaspoons Cinnamon 5 Cloves - Crushed 9 Chillies - Diced Cilantro (desired amount) 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil Salt (desired amount)
Directions:
1) Cook rice in water. 2) Add chillies, onions, cinnamon, cloves, grated carrot, salt, and oil to a frying pan & and fry until cooked. 3) Add the cooked rice to the frying pan. 4) Garnish with desired amount of cilantro. 5) Serve!
