Vegetable Paratha
Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
4 Cups Whole Grain Flour 5 Green Chillies - Chopped 1 Tablespoon Salt 3 Large, Brown Potato - Peeled & Mashed 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 1/4 Tablespoon Coriander 3 Tablespoon Butter 2 Cup Rice Flour 1 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Beans - Chopped 1 Cup Carrots - Granted
Directions:
1) Peel, cook & mash potatoes. 2) Mix whole grain flower and salt. 3) Fry vegetables in oil & let them cool. 4) Add vegetables to flower and salt & sprinkle coriander over the top. 5) Add the butter and mashed potatoes. 6) Knead the mixture & roll it over the rice flour. 7) Make rotis with the dough & then bake it on a greased cookie sheet until golden brown. 8) Serve with desired toppping.
